The distribution center is designed as a facility that consists of main corpus, basic annex, parking lot with a marquee in front of the building, and several smaller canopies. Outside the main building there are several small, light canopies, docking ramps, annexes for technical areas, external stairs etc, which are essential for the functioning of the distribution center.
The main spatial plan was formed in optimal ratio of space for customers and technical-distribution of the complex, allowing efficient operation of the center, with minimal mixing of user and technical areas. Area in front of the main building is optimally positioned with respect to access roads and connections to infrastructure networks. Edge of the complex forms a green belt-buffer in relation to the access road, not disturbing sights to the object.
The main entrance to the building is from the parking lot, while the other sides are reserved for entrances for staff, technical facilities, and receiving docks. Evacuation exits are located on all sides of the building. Car parking for visitors of the center is formed in efficient system of angled lots with one-way traffic.
